Mix 30 g powder (1 serving) as part of your favorite smoothie recipe, with 200 ml liquid (water, (plant) milk) and other smoothie ingredients. We recommend using a blender for this. Take 1 to 2 servings a day, preferably immediately after your workout.
Can be heated to 180°C when used as part of a recipe.
