Ingredients & Usage
Take 1 capsule daily in the morning. Best taken at least one hour after waking up.
Caution: may give niacin flush
This supplement contains vitamin B3 as niacin. A known and normal effect of niacin is vasodilation (dilation of blood vessels). This can lead to tingling, flushing and warming of the skin of the face, arms and torso.
The niacin flush will go away on its own and is not harmful. Take Strong Morning with a meal to reduce this effect.
